Its design is modern and appealing. The patented Dyna-Spring system automatically regulates the tension applied to the backrest based on user weight, providing outstanding seating comfort. The backrest is available with or without upholstery or with open-weave fabric.

Whether fitted with or without castors, the refined reserve exerted by the SITAG EL 100 conveys a sterling sturdiness. Hardly impressed by rigid handling it can, if need be, even be converted into a stacking king and as such can be used in the smallest of rooms.

Mechanical system
Seven-point-locking synchronous Dyna-Spring mechanical system with leaf springs and weight detection: Material for load-bearing parts: pressure-diecast aluminium (recyclable).
Dynamic sitting
The mechanical system is designed to automatically adjust to the body weight of the user. This prevents the user in all seating positions from having the feeling of being pressed out of the chair, or of falling backward. Also with weight detection for dynamic sitting, and with precision adjustment for personal needs. The mechanical system can be locked in 7 positions. This means that different persons can use a chair equipped with Dyna-Spring mechanical system without having to make many settings or re-adjustments.
Backrest
The backrest is designed such that it offers supports the lumbar area, and provides good lateral sup-port. The backrest can be vertically adjusted throughout a range of 7 cm, in 8 increments, which moves the lumbar-support element to the desired position. As an option, the EL 100 is also available with a spine-support element featuring depth adjustment, in accordance with the internationally patented Schukra principle. The synthetic backrest can also be provided as an option with upholstery. A backrest is possible as option with woven mesh. A number of models can be outfitted with a headrest made of woven mesh. The woven mesh is available in black and silver.
Seating surface
The seating surface has pronounced rounding in the front area, to prevent constriction of circulation in the thighs. The axis of the seating-surface tilt action is located toward the front, to maintain floor contact during synchronous movement of seat and backrest. A sliding seat is a standard feature and can be adjusted by 5 cm. The EL 100 is also available with adjustment of seat pitch by 7°.
Armrests
Design armrests: adjustable in height and width. The arm-supporting areas of the armrests are clipped in place, and can be exchanged as needed.

Steel tubular frame for cantilever models, as well as for 4-foot frame models: welded, bent and powder-coat finished tubular steel. The cantilever models are available in models that can be stacked (up to 4 chairs). Four-foot frame chairs also available in stackable models (up to 8 chairs). One available model with castors is stackable (up to 4 chairs).
