    SITAGGO Table Family Expanded to Include a Dual Work Station

    The SITAGGO table is characterised by its clear design, its optimal accessories and the attractive price. The coveted product line has now been expanded to include the dual work station versions. The dual work station also impresses with its attractive price and the high level of stability combined with the electric height adjustment. Equipped in the standard design with a central duct for clean electrification, the electrically height-adjustable tables can be used as a sitting and standing work station. A flexible cable duct set for vertical cable routeing can also be optionally used. The centre wall is mounted to the base frame to ensure optimal visual privacy and noise protection.

    The new SITAG dual work station models are now available for order. Images of the new models can also be found on our homepage.

    SITAG ORGATOWER – Expansion of the product range

    The practical storage system SITAG ORGATOWER is a space-saving storage option that is an efficient solution for all table product ranges.

    The known models SITAG ORGATOWER and SITAG ORGATOWER LIGHT are now being supplemented with another solution: SITAG ORGATOWER BASIC.

    In addition to the attractive entry-level price, the new SITAG ORGATOWER BASIC models also offer new possibilities, such as double-sided access. Thanks to this new feature, select models can be accessed from both sides and thus used by from two workstations. This furnishing thus offers additional space and cost optimisation.

    We acquired a French company Majencia

    On 10 May 2019, a French commercial court chose Nowy Styl Group’s offer to become an investor in Majencia, a company in bankruptcy. We will take over plants in Noyon and Bressuire, and hire most of Majencia’s staff. Setting up of a new company is expected to help heal the French company and restore it to a leadership position on the French office furniture market.

    The completed transaction is another West-European acquisition by the Nowy Styl Group, after it took over a German company Kusch+Co this year, a Swiss company Sitag in 2015, a company operating in Germany and the Netherlands Rohde & Grahl in 2013, and a German brand Grammer Office in 2011.

    “We keep investing in the development of our Western European markets. We have been present in France for nearly 20 years, but by taking over Majencia we are going to take number one position in a country which is a major European market, next to Germany. We believe that a capital injection into Majencia’s business, our company’s global scale of operations and our experience in the integration and optimization of business processes will help restore Majencia’s strength” said Adam Krzanowski, the President of the Nowy Styl Group.

    Triple victory for the Nowy Styl Group at the German Design Award 2019

    Every year, the German Design Council (Rat für Formgebung) honours the signposts of the German and international design landscape with a renowned jury. The German Design Award 2019 was presented on 8 February 2019 at Ambiente in Frankfurt am Main and, with over 1,300 guests, is one of the most important design events of the year. Three new products from the Rohde & Grahl brand are among the winners: Xilium, Denuo and LinkUP.

    The office chair families and the Soft Seating solution were presented "live" for the first time at Orgatec 2018 in October last year and were nominated for the coveted design award by the German Design Council even before their official market launch.

    Nowy Styl Group acquires German contract furniture manufacturer Kusch+Co.

    The third-generation family-run contract furniture manufacturer Kusch+Co. will become a part of the Nowy Styl Group. Kusch+Co offers high-quality solutions for offices, airports, port terminals, hospitals, and care facilities.

    For Kusch+Co, this means an expansion of their business activities, and for the Nowy Styl Group it means an increase in their European market share as well as the development of promising market segments, such as the health and transport industries.

    The reasons for the sale of the 80 year old company with its 250 employees and approximately 40 million euros in revenue include significantly improved competitiveness in a strongly globalizing and competitive industry as well as substantially improved opportunities for the traditional Kusch brand to expand their range of products, both in services and in sales.

    The managing directors of the company, Ricarda Kusch and Bernd Heuvens will continue to in their positions.

    NOWY STYL GROUP SET UP A JOINT VENTURE COMPANY IN DUBAI

    Nowy Styl Group has acquired the bigger lot of shares in Stylis Dubai. Together with its local partner, the company is going to furnish hotels in the Middle East, as well as intensify the sales of chairs and office furniture in this region. In January, the Management Board of Nowy Styl Group signed an agreement on the basis of which the company acquired 60% of shares of the company Stylis Dubai. The remaining 40% belong to the owners of Stylis with its headquarters in Saudi Arabia.
